Pemberton, BC and the upper valley
Scrap car removal in Pemberton, cash at the truck
We buy cars, trucks, vans, SUVs and worn out farm 4x4s anywhere from the townsite to the top of Pemberton Meadows. Free towing, plates off, cash in your hand before we pull out of the driveway.
Running or not. No registration issues we have not seen before. Snow, mud and long gravel driveways included.
Got it, thanks
Your details are in. We will call you back on the number you gave us. If you want it sorted sooner, call 236-239-0060.
Three steps
Call, we come up the highway, you get paid
The whole thing usually takes one phone call and about ten minutes of your time on pickup day.
Tell us what it is and where it sits
Year, make, model, and roughly where on the property it is parked. That last part matters more here than it does in the city, since half the vehicles we pull are not on pavement.
We lock in a window
You get a quote on the call and a pickup window, not a vague promise. Pemberton runs are scheduled in blocks, so a day of notice usually buys you a tighter window.
Cash, plates off, gone
Driver confirms the vehicle matches what you described, pays you the quoted amount in cash, pulls the plates and winches it up. You keep the plates for ICBC.
What we buy
If it has wheels and it is done, we will quote it
Valley pickups
Where the vehicle is sitting changes the job
Pemberton removals are rarely a car at a curb. Tell us which of these you have and we bring the right truck the first time instead of booking you twice.
Out in the field
Vehicles that have been parked in a hay field or back pasture for years settle in, and spring ground up the Meadows stays soft long after the highway dries out. We winch from a firm line rather than driving the deck in and leaving ruts across your field.
Behind the barn or shop
Tight turns, low eaves, gates and a machine or two in the way. Measure nothing, just describe it. If the only approach is a narrow gate or the vehicle is boxed in by equipment, we plan the pull before the truck leaves rather than reversing blind on your yard.
Long gravel driveway, deep in snow
Between the Plateau, the Ridge and the acreages off Pemberton Farm Road East, a lot of driveways are hundreds of metres of gravel that drift over by January. If the lane is not cleared, say so. Winter pickups get scheduled around it instead of cancelled at the gate.
Roadside or forest service road
Something that died on the way over the Duffey, quit at the bottom of a hill, or has been sitting at a pullout on a forest service road. Give us a landmark or a pin and we will get to it, including spots the highway tow companies quote you a fortune for.

What we do, and what we do not
What we do
- Buy vehicles for cash, running or not, and pay at the vehicle
- Tow for free across Pemberton, Mount Currie, the Meadows, D'Arcy, Birken, Devine and down the corridor to Whistler
- Pull vehicles off soft ground, gravel and snow with a winch
- Take the plates off and recycle the vehicle through a proper facility
- Quote small equipment and machinery separately
What we do not do
- We do not sell used parts, and there is no yard to pull from
- We do not part out a vehicle for you and leave the shell
- We do not do roadside assistance, boosts, lockouts or repair tows
- We do not buy vehicles outside British Columbia
- We do not buy running vehicles at retail prices, this is scrap and salvage value

Service area
From the townsite to the top of the Meadows
Pemberton sits far enough up Highway 99 that most Lower Mainland scrap buyers quietly stop at Whistler. We do not. The truck runs the corridor, so the vehicle in your yard gets the same free tow it would get in Squamish.
Further up the Duffey or out past Gates Lake? Call it in anyway. If the load makes sense we will still come, and if it does not, we will tell you straight instead of booking and cancelling.

Have these details handy
Most calls end with a number in under two minutes. If it is late, use the form at the top of the page and we will call you back.
Helpful details: whether it rolls and steers, whether the catalytic converter is still on it, and how far it sits from a surface a tow truck can reach.

Questions

It depends on the vehicle. Weight is the biggest factor, so a full size truck or a 4x4 with a diesel engine is worth more than a small sedan. Age, whether it still drives, and whether the catalytic converter is still on it all move the number. Call 236-239-0060 with the year, make and model and you get a figure on that call.
We come up the valley. Pemberton, Mount Currie, Pemberton Meadows, D'Arcy, Birken, Devine and Owl Creek are all in our regular run, and the truck is often in the corridor already. Because the drive is long, we schedule Pemberton pickups in blocks, so booking a day ahead usually gets you a tighter time window than asking for the same hour.
Towing is free, including vehicles sitting in a field, behind a barn, on a gravel pad or under snow. Tell us what the ground is like and how far the vehicle sits from a surface a truck can reach, and we bring the right setup with a winch. If a vehicle has been parked long enough to sink in or freeze down, say so on the call so we plan for it instead of showing up short.
Government issued photo ID and proof that the vehicle is yours, normally the vehicle registration. Plates come off before we load and go back to ICBC. You do not need insurance on the vehicle and it does not need to pass anything. If the registration is lost or the vehicle was left on your property by someone else, call and we walk you through what is needed.
No. We buy and remove vehicles only. We do not sell parts, we do not part out vehicles for customers, and we do not run a yard you can pull from.
Yes. Farm and ranch trucks, flat deck one tons, vans, SUVs, seized diesels, burned units, stripped shells and vehicles with the engine already pulled are all fine. Small equipment and machinery can usually be handled too, though that gets quoted separately because loading is different. Send a photo if you are not sure.
